If you did not receive your OTP or it is not working, try the following steps before requesting a new one:
Step 1 — Check your phone settings:
- Ensure your phone has a network signal
- Turn off Airplane Mode if it is on
- Check that your SMS inbox is not full
- Check if any spam filter or SMS-blocking app may be intercepting the message
Step 2 — Request a new OTP:
Return to the signup screen and tap to request a fresh OTP. Enter it as soon as it arrives — OTPs expire quickly for security reasons.
Step 3 — Check the OTP you received:
- Make sure you are entering the most recent OTP, not a previous one
- Check there are no extra spaces before or after the code
- Each OTP can only be used once
Step 4 — Check your mobile number:
Confirm you have entered your number correctly, including the correct country code (+65 for Singapore). If you entered the wrong number, go back and correct it before requesting a new OTP.
