Updating your profile details:
You can update your profile details in the app.
Go to Profile > My Account to update your details accordingly.
Updating your payment method:
Open the Flexar app
Go to Profile > Payment Settings
Tap '+ Add payment method'
Enter your new card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) — or select Apple Pay or Google Pay to add your digital wallet instantly without entering card details manually
Remove your old card if no longer needed
Accepted payment methods:
Visa credit and debit cards
Mastercard credit and debit cards
Apple Pay
Google Pay
ℹ️ Ensure your card is enabled for online transactions before adding it. If your card is declined, check with your bank to ensure online payments are allowed.

Why is my card being declined when I try to add it?
Some cards may be declined if your bank restricts transactions made to certain merchant categories. Flexar is classified under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 7512 — Automobile Rental Agency.
If your card is being declined, it may be because:
Your bank or card issuer has restricted transactions for MCC 7512 (car rental merchants)
Your corporate or prepaid card does not support this merchant category
Online or overseas transactions are not enabled on your card
What you can do:
Contact your bank to confirm whether MCC 7512 transactions are permitted on your card
Ask your bank to enable this merchant category if it is currently blocked
Use an alternative card or switch to Apple Pay or Google Pay
