Your account may be blocked for the following reasons:
- Outstanding unpaid invoice / Charge was declined
- Violation of Flexar's Terms of Use
- Pending identity verification
To unblock your account:
The most common reason is an outstanding invoice. You can check and settle any unpaid invoices by going to Profile > Payments in the app. Once the payment is processed, your account will be unblocked automatically.
If you believe your account has been blocked in error, please contact us via the Help Centre with your account details and our team will review your case.
