If you are having trouble completing a booking, here are the most common issues and solutions:

| Cannot find available vehicles | Check the map for nearby stations. Availability changes in real time — try again shortly or check a different station. |
| Unable to find reserved vehicle at the station | Please cancel your current reservation and look for another available vehicle at a nearby station. To cancel, go to your active reservation in the app and select Cancel Reservation. You will not be charged if cancelled before the rental starts. |
| App not loading station or vehicle details | Ensure your app is updated to the latest version and that you have a stable internet connection. Close and reopen the app. |
| Blocked from booking | You may have an outstanding invoice. Go to Profile > Payments to settle any unpaid amounts, then try again. |
| Payment failed at booking | Check your card details are up to date in the app. Ensure your card is enabled for online transactions. Try an alternative card if available. |
| App crashes or freezes during booking | Close the app fully, check your internet connection, and reopen. If the issue persists, contact support. |
