What is a Parking Reservation?
A parking reservation lets you secure a parking lot at your chosen Flexar station before you arrive to end your rental. By reserving a lot in advance, you are guaranteed a designated space to park and end your rental — so you never have to worry about arriving at a station only to find it full.
Why make a parking reservation?
Without a parking reservation, parking lot availability at a station is not guaranteed. Making a reservation ensures:
A lot is held for you at your chosen end station
You can end your rental smoothly without needing to find an alternative station
Your rental does not run over unexpectedly due to parking availability issues
How to make a parking reservation?
During your rental, open the Flexar app and go to your active rental screen.
Tap Reserve Parking.
Select the station where you plan to end your rental.
Confirm your reservation — a parking lot will be held for you at that station.
Finding station addresses and directions
Station addresses, maps, and directions are available on the station details page within the app. Tap on any station on the map to view its full details.
