| Vehicle is currently available | Our team will hold the vehicle for up to 60 minutes to allow you to travel to it and retrieve your item. Standard charges apply if the retrieval rental exceeds 60 minutes. |
| Vehicle is on an active rental | Our team will monitor the vehicle's status and notify you when it becomes available. We will then assist you with retrieval. |
