| Age requirement not met | You must be at least 18 years old to rent with Flexar. If you do not meet this requirement, you will not be able to complete verification. |
| Driving licence does not meet requirements | Your driving licence must be valid, not expired. Licences that are suspended, revoked, provisional, or learner licences are not accepted. |
| Incomplete or invalid Singpass details | Your Singpass profile may have incomplete or outdated information (e.g. driving licence details not linked or expired records). Please ensure your Singpass details are up to date before trying again. |
