Booking a Flexar vehicle is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
- Open the Flexar app — the map will show available stations near you
- Tap on your preferred station
- Browse available car groups and select the one you want
- Select a specific car from the list
- Review the car details, including battery level and pricing
- Settle any outstanding invoices if prompted
- Confirm your reservation
Once your reservation is confirmed, a temp-hold of S$5.00 will be placed on your payment method to verify that sufficient funds are available. This hold is released instantly once the validation is successful and will not be charged to you.
Your reservation is confirmed immediately in the app. Head to the station within your reservation window to start your rental.
About Reservation Time
Each user gets a total of 20 minutes of reservation time per block, and this time is cumulative across cancellations and re-reservations.
Example: If you reserve Car A at 10:00am but cancel at 10:15am, you will have used 15 minutes of your reservation time. If you then reserve Car B, it will only be held for the remaining 5 minutes.
Need more time?
Once your 20 minutes are used up, you can extend your reservation by 10 minutes for S$1.50. You will be prompted in the app to confirm before any charge is applied.
📌 If you have an unpaid invoice, you will need to settle it before you can make a new reservation. Go to Profile > Payments to pay any outstanding amount.
