To ensure vehicles are available fairly for all users, reservations are subject to time limits:

| Reservation hold time | A vehicle is held for you for 20-minutes after you make a reservation. If you do not start the rental within this window, the reservation may expire. |
| 5-minute grace period | The 5-minute grace period is provided to help you complete rental-related tasks, such as taking vehicle photos at the start and end of your trip, and entering or exiting car parks. The grace period is intended to cover these activities across both the start and end of your rental. If you need to re-enter a vehicle to retrieve a forgotten item immediately after ending a rental, this grace period also applies — end the rental within 5 minutes and no additional charges will apply. |
