Who can receive a referral voucher?
Referral vouchers are issued to new users who have not completed any trips prior to signing up via a referral.
Does the referrer also receive a voucher?
Yes. The referrer will receive a referral voucher once the referred friend has successfully completed their first trip.
What does the referrer need to do to qualify?
The referrer must have completed at least one trip to be eligible to refer a friend and receive a referral voucher.
What do referral vouchers cover?
Referral vouchers apply to rental charges only. Additional fees such as damage, cleaning, or accident-related charges are not covered.
Can I use multiple referral vouchers in one trip?
No. Only one voucher can be applied per trip. Vouchers cannot be stacked with each other or with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Which voucher will be used if I have multiple?
Vouchers are applied automatically based on the soonest expiry date first.
Do referral vouchers expire?
Yes. Referral vouchers have a validity period and cannot be used after the expiry date. Please check your voucher details in the app for the applicable expiry date.
Can I transfer my referral voucher to someone else?
No. Referral vouchers are tied to your account and cannot be shared or transferred.
What happens to unused voucher value?
Any unused voucher value will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
Why wasn't my referral voucher applied to my rental?
Your referral voucher is only issued after the friend you referred has completed their first rental. If your voucher was not applied, it is likely because your referred friend has not yet completed their first trip. Once they do, your voucher will be issued and can be applied to future rentals.
