Once you have made a reservation and arrived at the station, follow these steps to start your rental:
- Open the Flexar app and navigate to your active reservation
- Tap 'Start Rental' — ensure you are standing close to the car with Bluetooth and internet enabled
- The car doors will unlock
- Get in and complete your pre-trip checks (refer to Pre-Trip Checks (Cleanliness, Exterior and Interior Damage)
- Start the vehicle: ensure it is in Park mode, press your foot on the brake, and press the Start button
- Your rental timer begins once you unlock the vehicle
⚠️ Your rental timer starts the moment you unlock the vehicle. Make sure you are ready to drive before tapping Unlock.
