If a refund or billing adjustment has been approved by our team, the timeline for the funds to appear depends on your bank and payment method.

Once a refund is processed on our end, the timeline for it to appear in your account is subject to your bank's processing time.
ℹ️ If your refund has not appeared after 7 working days, please contact us via the Submit a Request form with your Rental ID and we will investigate.
