What is the late payment fee?
The late payment fee is a penalty charged when an invoice (rental, ERP, penalties, accident-related charges, or other fees) remains unpaid beyond the allowed payment window. It is added on top of the outstanding balance and will be followed by recovery actions.

How is the fee calculated?
- Rate: 5% of the total outstanding invoice amount.
- Applied once when the 7‑day threshold is passed.
- GST: prevailing GST applies.
- Processing fees: certain ad‑hoc or accident‑related charges may incur extra fees depending on payment method.
