Step-by-Step: How to End Your Rental
Drive to an approved Flexar parking station.
Your rental can only be ended at a designated Flexar station. Ending at any other location (e.g. street parking, private carparks) is not permitted.Park the vehicle fully within the station boundary.
Make sure the vehicle is physically parked inside the station geofence — not just nearby. The app uses GPS to confirm your location.Open the Flexar app.
Tap End Rental on the home screen.Complete the end-rental check.
You'll be asked to confirm the vehicle's condition before the rental closes. Take a moment to check the interior and exterior.Confirm the rental end.
Once confirmed, your rental will close and a trip summary will be sent to you.
Before You Go — Quick Checklist
✅ Vehicle parked fully within a Flexar station
✅ All personal belongings removed from the car
