What if Someone Has Parked in My Reserved Lot?
In rare cases, another user without a parking reservation may have taken your reserved lot by the time you arrive. If this happens, follow the steps below in order:
Step 1 — Check for another available lot at the same station
Look for any other available Flexar parking lot at the same station. If a free lot is available, park there and end your rental as normal.
Step 2 — Park at available lots nearby our Flexar parking lots
If you have a valid parking reservation, please proceed to park at available lots nearby our Flexar parking lots. Make sure to input the correct deck / floor level and parking lot number when ending the rental. Then:
Take a clear photo of the parking lot number where you have parked.
Input the carpark deck or floor level and lot number.
Proceed to end your rental in the app as normal.
Submit these photos to our support team via the in-app chat so we can verify your parking location and ensure no additional charges are applied.
📌 Always take photos of the lot number and deck / floor level before ending your rental in Step 2. This protects you in case of any post-rental parking disputes.
