After your rental ends, you may see additional charges applied to your invoice. Here is what each charge means:
| Charge | Why It Was Applied |
|---|---|
| Damage fee | Applied if damage is found on the vehicle that was not reported before your rental. Photo evidence is taken by our fleet team. |
| Cleaning fee | Applied if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable condition (excessive dirt, food waste, stains, or odours). |
| ERP charge | Charged if you passed through an ERP gantry during your rental. This is a government toll passed on at cost. |
| Carpark fee | May apply if the vehicle was in a paid carpark at the start of your rental. |
| Excess distance fee | Applied if you drove further than the included kilometres for your car group. |
