Before you walk away from your Flexar vehicle, take a minute to complete a few quick checks. This protects you from any disputes about the vehicle's condition and ensures the next user has a great experience.
Post-Rental Checklist
1. Remove All Personal Belongings
Check the seats, boot, door pockets, glove compartment, and cup holders. Items left behind may not always be recoverable.

2. Check the Vehicle's Condition
Take a moment to look at the interior and exterior of the vehicle. If you notice any new damage that occurred during your rental, report it now — do not wait.
To report damage: Tap Menu → Need Help → Report Damage
3. Submit Your End-Rental Photos
The Flexar app will prompt you to take photos of the vehicle before your rental closes. Please complete this step — it is your record of the vehicle's condition at the time of return.
4. Vehicle Parked location
Input the actual deck / floor and parking lot number where the vehicle is parked
5. Close All Windows and Doors
Make sure all windows are fully closed and all doors are properly shut before you leave.
6. Confirm the Rental Has Ended in the App
Check that you have received a trip summary notification confirming your rental has closed. If you do not receive this, your rental may still be active.
If your rental is still showing as active after you've left the vehicle, contact support team immediately via the in-app Live Chat.
